• All National Lottery games qualify for free tours including tickets from any National Lottery draw based game or National Lottery Scratch Card. Proof of a ticket can be paper or digital
• One National Lottery ticket provides free tour for a family of up to six
• Organisers have the right to refuse participation in the unlikely event that the tours are over subscribed or buildings have reached capacity, as well as any unforeseen circumstances.
