Killough Coastal Path Shore Clean

After our very successful clean-up of a section of the Killough to St. Johns Lighthouse coastal path, we are going to go back and do a bit more. This time we will start at the lighthouse end of the coastal path. The plan would be that if we walked along the route to the point where we stopped collecting on the 2nd September, then on our way back towards the lighthouse we could lift litter as we go. There are some larger items of litter along the way but we may not be in a position to carry them back this time, so we could just focus on the smaller litter on this occasion. And there is plenty of that! Perhaps some larger items could be moved and stacked up out of the way for collection on a later date. We will do what we can! Thursday 21st September Time – 1.30pm Duration – a couple of hours at least, but any help/time you can give is greatly appreciated Location – meeting at St Johns point lighthouse, Killough
