Ards Tourist Information Centre ‘WorldHost’ Recognised
Ards Tourist Information Centre has been named as one of the first ‘WorldHost’ businesses in Northern Ireland. The accreditation comes after all the Centre’s tourism advisors successfully completed a Northern Ireland Tourist Board training programme, focusing on the principles of customer service, the skills and techniques that form the fundamentals of service professionalism and specific ‘ambassador’ training, equipping staff with the resources to interact and assist visitors to Northern Ireland.
