Weather, Tides and Ferry

The most up to date information on local weather and Strangford Lough tidal tables

The Strangford Ferry is a vital link and runs between Portaferry & Strangford.
By road, the journey is approximately 50 Miles and takes 90 minutes. In contrast, the ferry route is 0.6 nautical miles and takes approximately 8 minutes.

Regular ferry users can register to receive service updates, simply text 'ferry' to 66101 to register. Text messages are free in the UK.
